DAY 2 : MEAL AT THE HEREFORD COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY

On Friday 22^nd March, we went to HCT Hereford College of Technology). It was raining during the time we were walking. It is a school for cooking. The meal was long but we had a warm welcome. We were 25 people eating, 14 students of René Pellet, 4 teachers and 2 members of staff from RNC : Nicola SMITH and Mary RUSSELL. We ate delicious food for example starters : gnocchi, quiche Lorraine and green peas soup.
