Cité Scolaire René Pellet prepared a typical lyonnais meal

Our friends from RNC discovered Lyonnaise food in the APR restaurant.

Thursday, we went to the APR to taste food from Lyon. All of us were eating together. We still ate Lyonnaise salad, (Gratin de cardon) with chestnuts. We also tasted hot sausage. We had a special cheese called (cervelle des canuts) to finish, we had praline tarte. It was a wonderful exchange, hope we'll start again!

It was so nice and I think that our English friends enjoyed the food.

Now, we're waiting to discover English food and to see the English students again!!!
